Uther Pendragon is a request from my best mate, Pete. He's Cornish and wants to play as Cornwall! Uther was the father of King Arthur; I've done him as a Cornishman rather than a mythical/legendary character - that's what Pete requested ;) .

Military great leaders:

Lancelot
Geriant
Tristram
Daguenet

Scientific great leaders:
Merlin

Richard Trevithick

Traits:
Industrious, Commercial

Unique unit:
Knight of the round table (of course ;) !) I use Bebro's generic knight for this.
It has the same stats as a normal knight (A4, D3, M2), but can enslave. The units it enslaves become squires, having the same stats as swordsmen (A3 D2 M1) - slightly outdated units that can still pack a punch. For the squire, I'm using Utahjazz7's Hessish knight.

Civilopedia entry for the Knight of the Round Table :
#PRTO_Knight_of_the_Round_Table
^
^
^[Knights of the round table] move quickly and will [withdraw] from combat if they are losing (unless fighting another fast unit).
^A Cornish city must have $LINK<horses=GOOD_Horses> and $LINK<iron=GOOD_Iron> in its $LINK<Strategic Resource=GCON_ResourcesS> box to
build a knight of the round table.
^
^A victory in combat might result in the knight of the round table enslaving his opponent in battle. The enslaved opponent then becomes a $LINK<squire=PRTO_Squire>.
This soldier now fights for the Cornish.

^
^Everyone has heard of the knights of the round table, but many people are not familiar with any of the noble knights save for Lancelot.
The knights were men of courage, honor, dignity, courtesy, and nobleness. They protected ladies and damsels, honored and fought for kings,
and undertook dangerous quests.

Civilopedia entry:
#RACE_CORNISH
^The Cornish are $LINK<commercial and industrious=GCON_Strengths>. They start the game with $LINK<masonry=TECH_Masonry> and $LINK<the alphabet=TECH_Alphabet> and build $LINK<knights of the round table=PRTO_Knight_of_the_Round_Table> instead of normal $LINK<knights=PRTO_Knight>.
^
^ The westernmost county of England, Cornwall - or Kernow - has a long and rich history, both as part of England and as
a Celtic kingdom before the arrival of the Anglo-Saxons.
^Incorporating the most westerly and southerly points of Britain, Cornwall (whose English name means 'the horn of foreigners',
referring to the Anglo-Saxon tendency to name those people they encountered as aliens, as with Wales) has also been the starting
point for some of the most prominent of British myths, particularly as the birthplace of King Arthur, whose genesis was meant to
have occurred at Tintagel.
^Today, Cornwall is more famous for its temperate climate, as the spot of some of the best beaches in the country and numerous
sub tropical gardens that attract thousands of visitors each year.
^Cornwall's history begins tens of thousands of years BC, with the first inhabitants to occupy the coast line around Penwith and the
Lizard, making these spots some of the richest archeological sites in the UK. Settlers probably landed on these shores on their travels
from France and mainland Spain, bringing stone age technologies to build their lasting monuments.
^Although Cornwall is now one of the least inhabited of the counties of England, making it a desirable tourist location, during the
Middle Ages and Industrial revolution, it was a lively and well-populated place, whose inhabitants have only drifted away as the traditional
occupations of fishing and mining have gradually disappeared.

I'm gonna use him as Guillaume the Rich of Namur, in my future "feudal low countries" map. :goodjob:

Thanks for the comments guys - Otto and Guillaume eh? I'm glad you've both found a use for him!

I just saw in another thread that you had changed your avatar to this guy - so I rushed over to the Graphics Modpacks forum as quickly as I could!
I must say, he looks awesome! :goodjob:

Surprised me again

You know, sometime in the future, I wouldn't mind seeing a leaderhead of good old Frederick Barbarossa :mischief:

 That's exactly what happened with me too.

Looks excellent. :goodjob:

Very nice. Maybe I'll use this one for my Eusdia civ instead of the one I have. I love the quality of your leaderheads.

Now to just wait for that last file.
