V41.2 gfc error primary control theme - mod won't load

I've been running version 40 of C2C for ages now and finally decided to update to V41.2. Unzipped the file in the usual folder (This PC>Documents>My Games>beyond the sword>MODS) but this time the mod crashes and gives me the above error.

Any help appreciated.

Documents <- This is your problem. It can't be in documents folder anymore.

Instead it should be located in mods folder where BTS exe is present

As raxo said, but also, you should just skip ahead to latest SVN version, as v41.2 is really old now and a lot has been improved.

Well things seem to be working OK now thanks to Raxo, so I think I'll be fine for now.
