Could you make a tech icon for a Heavy Oil Converter.

Used to take heavy oil from an oil sands or tar sands and converts it to a lighter oil that is easier to refine in a conventional refinery.

Sort of a second level oil technology in the game so that the oil resources can become available in two phases.

Edit: May also be known as an Upgrader.
