Those are definately not new graphics, (unless they couldn't afford/have access to anything better or were to cheap) so I doubt it was made within the last two, maybe 3 years.

Nope, NWN1/2 look much better than that. Also the cursor has a "N" in it...

I removed the interface.
When it hits 24 hours without a good guess, I'll put in the full screen shot.

Edit: it was released prior to 2000, and I think it's awesome
