Yes. But whenever I choose a solid color for the transparency, it always goes back to white when I load a game. I figured it was just a minor bug or something at my end. Hence my interest when you showed off Platy's scheme.

Yeah, I thought when making the VIPloader that this could be misunderstood.
You have to pick either Transparent or Solid. Picking solid, then transparent will just make everything transparent (except Platy's Trackers).

Question. What's the best way to tech up in cities surrounded by jungles?

Calendar and Plantations are imho the best way to exploit a jungle. The +1 from jungle can also be used to go for a Specialist economy.

Well, hello again everyone, just had troubles with a game, forceclosing the program several times (no MAF, though)... I managed to "gain" a little time before the bug by reloading and changing my actions but it seems to happen anyway...
Maybe you would like to have a look at it. (and it's a game i'd be happy to finish if you could save it??)

The "up to date" version (said the loader) 0.92?
2 to 5 turns, depending on the different actions(?)

Tbh, I have no idea what is making the game crash???

I've been informed that there are newer version of both Limited Religions and Tech by Conquest, so I hope that one of those are the reason (for future versions ).

I cant fix ur game, but I can make a "hack". Turn after the save I made a Scenario and saved. You founded Buddhism (???).

GP points, tech beakers (the reason why I took the turn after, as you got a tech that turn) and some AI attitudes have been reset, otherwise all is the same.

Just replace the gamecore.dll (its newer and hopefully better). It can be found in VIP/Assets folder, and then doubleclick the new save.

Hey Vinz, just FYI, RB checked on MARA is definitely bad juju for the AI's. I ran 3 AI auto-plays, and 90% of the civs were crispy critters by 0 AD. Good news is, running MARA without RB checked means there's only been a couple of casualties. Kind of a bummer though, as I like RB on.

? for you good Sir; are any of Platy's modcomps compatible with your mod? My last attempt at the 32 civ challenge didn't go so well (who would've thought Sitting Bum would lead a surprise attack?), so I was looking at some of his stuff for my next try.

No Kidding . Hmnn, well if your already thinking about adding some of Platy's goodies, then I think I'll just wait until you release the next version ( as I like surprises). My own personal wish ( yes, lol, know I keep whining) is AdvDiplo and Spies returning to origin.

Any thoughts as to the RB issue? I'm no modder, but maybe I can help and look through the relevant code to see where the proble may be.

I think I will use a cheap conjurers trick on the RB.
Setting a high survival against barbs for noble (AI) difficulty should do the trick.

v93 will prolly be delayed a bit. Got a new job starting on Monday. Actually I got 2 jobs starting Monday, though the first that I already sort of accepted, is less pay and worse, so jumped on the second when I got it offered. Feel terrible to "run" from a job I more or less accepted, but the contract wasn't all to well.
