No you have to uninstall and reinstall to that new folder path....at least that is our guess....we really don't know at this point....

Looks like the problem i had before... Go back to your eb games and ask him to change your Gold for Civ 4 and for a Warlords version...

There won't be a BTS version of ViSa. The ViSa team will do a different project (similar, but different) for BtS. Check out the "World of Civilization" link in TAFirehawk's sig some posts above.

Yeah....Modular XML is the name of the game....

We are running into some roadblocks but at the same time have found the long way around.....now just hoping for a nice solution and then we should have a WoC version out soon.

i have the same problem with Civ 4 Gold

the error happens because civ4 gold has no installdir-key in the windows registry, so the setup finds no folder

hope that helps, if you need the new keys or other infos, just pm me

is it possible that you release a zip version of the mod or that the user can choose a folder if civ4 is not detected?
