Warcraft 3 :Advice needed

I'm considering buying Warcraft 3. Is it any good, or should I save my money and not buy it? What are the pros and cons of the game? Thanks!

I was greatly disappointed with WC3, especially with all the hype. I never ended up playing past the Human campaign and it seems like a waste of $63.59 (goddamn wal-mart), plus the expansion is coming out soon so even if you really want to get a copy it would be better to wait till the Battle Chest version comes out so you get both and hopefully a copy of WCII:B.NE which is a much better game. Just my opinion of course though.
