One of our scouts is particularly enjoying this game.
Our first scout, he has travelled no more than 20 squares from our capital in the entire game.
He keeps getting attacked, and has spent the majority of the game healing.
What's the problem you say, he must be level 10 by now.
Surely....
And surely not just one promotion?

a) playing it but not sending it a couple of weeks ago.

Got the save, but tried to load it and got this message.
Then the game exited to desktop. What's up? Do you think it's because I applied the patch?

After quite an ordeal I finally got the save working and we're on again. Uninstalling Warlords and patching back to 2.08 wasn't enough. I ended up needing to uninstall Vanilla, Warlords, and BTS. Then re-install Vanilla & Warlords, patch them to 1.61 and 2.08. Open the save, clear the admin password, save the game without ending the turn, then re-install BTS (which patches Vanilla and Warlords to 1.74 and 2.13). Patch it to 3.03. Then jump back into Warlords and finish the turn and send it on.
I hope they don't patch Warlords again. That was a royal pain in the a**.
Took about 3 hours with the initial failed attempts.
But the most important thing is ... Got it, played it, sent it.
Wouldn't have been possible without bathsheba666's fix.
