I've always wondered this, how can doing something, even agansit your will, be bad if nature desinged you to like it? Is it because of society, Is it because of fear? Why? Logicily rape shouldn't be a big deal. But logic obvously doesn't seem to be right this time. People also say it causes reprecussins but why?

What are your thoughts?

Note: I am not denying that rape causes pain so don't challenge or insult me with things, I'm looking for awswers, not a debate. So please don't say stuff like this:

Sorry to be so graphic, but rape is a horrible crime - I can't believe you would ask such a question.
That's not the kind of respose I'm looking for.

NO FLAMING PLEASE, mods please help me keep this thread under control

By that logic, since killing is natural, humans killing other humans isn't bad either. There are many reprecussions of rape beyond physical pain. To ignore that wouldn't make sense.

Eating is natural but you probably wouldn't like it if someone shoved a banana down your throat without your consent right?

I'm no woman but its the violation and the forcing that hurts. A womans body can tighten up internaly to try and stop penatration. You then get tearing of the vaginal wall wich would be painful. I'd go further into mechanics and what not but me thinks that would violate TOS rules.

Unless you're the one raped.

And there's always the fear of an unwanted pregnancy (if a man and a woman were involved) and unwanted diseases (for anyone). Including the damage to one's mind.

Yes sex is natrual but also enjoyable, if some guy shoved a banana down my thoat I'd be feaked out but would go on with my life, and enjoy the taste of the banana.

Why would rape be enjoyable? And why is it about sex?

Somehow, I'd doubt you'd be saying the same thing if Narz really did shove a banana down your throat.

But when Narz compared the situation of consent and damage to his situation, you said you'd enjoy the taste of the banana. So why wouldn't you say that all in all, the woman would enjoy getting some for free?

Make a case...somewhere, anywhere.

Rape is not about sex - its about power over another person. It is about taking away the right of people to choose what to do with their own bodies - it is about psychological hurt, not (so much) physical hurt.

Thank you for being polite and mature. Those are good ones.

Because I know she wouldn't, I've never heard anyone say anything about enjoying rape. I don't think anyone does.

So why would it logically not be a big deal?

But it is not about sex.

Sexual intercourse isn't necessarily enjoyable. Most people enjoy it because of some sort of attraction, physical or emotional, to the partner. Take that away and you lose most if not all of the pleasure. On top of that, being penetrated isn't always pleasurable. Ask many women about their first time, and you'll hear how it hurt and they bled.

What if a man tied you up, lubed up your rectum and then penetrated you? Do you honestly think you'd just be able to go on with your life after that, as if nothing happened? I doubt it. The feeling of violation alone would be enough to cause significant trauma.

Looks like we have a lot of virgins and/or younger people here. When a woman is aroused, she gets "wet". Her vagina secretes fluids that act as lubricant and the vagina itself relaxes and dilates somewhat. If the woman is raped, she is usually not aroused. When the rapist penetrates the vagina in this fashion, it tears and rips at the vaginal walls causing bleeding and extreme burning or stinging sensations. It is a hundred times worse than pouring salt in an open wound when the man conducts intercourse thereafter.

Now, on top of this, you are being physically restrained and your body is being used against your will. You have no power or control over the moment and no idea as to what is going to happen next. Some rape victims are beaten, raped repeatedly, tortured, killed, and sometimes all of the above.

Now, you tell me what part of that does NOT sound like it should be a big deal.

That's true but you gotta say I have I point.
Not really, because you're excluding all the other aspects of the rape that makes a person not "get over it" so easily.
