We all know rape causes pain, but how?

What if a man tied you up, lubed up your rectum and then penetrated you? Do you honestly think you'd just be able to go on with your life after that, as if nothing happened? I doubt it. The feeling of violation alone would be enough to cause significant trauma.

Most rape victims "go on with their life." But that doesn't mean they don't experience trauma over the incident.

Logically, any instance of such violation is going to have a huge emotional impact on a victim. We know that's how the human mind works, after all.

I've always wondered this, how can doing something, even agansit your will, be bad if nature desinged you to like it? Is it because of society, Is it because of fear? Why? Logicily rape shouldn't be a big deal. But logic doesn't seem to be right this time. People also say it causes reprecussins but why?

Seriously - even consensual sex can cause pain if the woman is not suitablly prepared or you are too rough (PC13 guys!)
Rape is forced, it is often combined with beating, insults, being restrained.
It is an absolute loss of control, and all sentient organisms fear this.

FEAR- scared of all things that can put themselves vulnerable situation again, this is a long running fear and could last a lifetime
BEATING- most will struggle if they can, and recieve a beating to stem them
INSULTS-rape is often a power trip, hurling insults at the victim increases this
RESTRAIN- Held down, overpowers- a complete loss of control, very scary.

So im sorry, but your logic is a load of ****, and you obviously have never known someone close to you who has suffered rape.

Well, rape probably usually includes beating and other form of phyisical violence, but the actual... intromission, I believe, doesn't cause pain in usual sense, but pleasure that is not wanted is a form suffering, I think. Also, there's the feeling of violation.

oy....rape can cause much pain and suffering, physically, emotionally and psychologically.

Imagine a good friend of yours turns around and ram 6 inches of a broomstick up your unlubricated anus. Ouch! That hurts. Not only that, but you're probably pretty embarassed and pretty hurt that your friend would do that to you just for fun. And if you are the kind of person that doesn't want to be known as the guy who had a broomstick up his bum, you probably won't say anything to the police or your other friends, leaving you to carry the burden by yourself.
