Weird lines

I just got a new monitor (A Benq 202W 20" Widescreen LCD DVI flatpanel) and now when I run CIV4 it shows lines under the foreground graphics objects... like menus and buttons and such. Didn't do this whan I was using a 17" CTR. Anyone have an idea what's casuing this?

Just to clarify, it's NOT THE MONITOR that's doing this. None of my other games or apps show any glitches or artifacts whatsoever.
Anyone encountered anyting similar?

Try to make a screenshot maybe... are you running civ in a non-standard resolution?
