Welcome New Members

I am new on this forum and I just wanted to say Hi to all of you,members of this community!

New to the forums(although I have previously downloaded mods before from here), but not to the game.

I first played Civ II waaay back. At one point most of the family played it actually all with their own styles, my brother the early game specialist, myself the late game player and my mother who was somewhat of a mix. Not a particularly good player especially when comes to war, but then again I don't play to be the best, I just play because its fun ...

Hi everyone :) I only have Civ IV, and I never really got into it. Only once I heard about Civ V did I realise my mistake and decide to start playing it properly :lol:

Hello - Been a Civ1 fan since it was first released in the 1980's, and I still run it under DOSBox. To be honest, I mainly signed up to try to register the Civ1 terrain editor which the user Dack has made. However, when I click on the link "Send email to Dack" it gives me an error message stating I do not have permission to access that page. I wonder if perhaps there is another way to register?

I don't think they give out personal information such as emails to new members. You can send him a PM after you get them enabled.

Hi
New to the forums, but not to Civ. I've been playing since Civ 2 12 or so years ago and sunk more time than I care to remember into the series. Looking forward to V - if it's as good as IV I'll be happy!

Hi everyone

Another Civ fan from down under.

Really looking forward to Civ V - however, very annoyed at the steam pricing for Oz.

I expect to become an active poster once the game is released :)

Cheers,

Mainne

Well, after playing Civilization games since around 1995, and reading this website for many years, I finally decided to become an active member.

I usually wait 2 years or so before buying the latest released versions. However, I am excited about Civilization V and will probably get it sooner rather than later this time.

Cheers!

Hi. I am just about to post my first scenario on these forums but I am required to stop by here first.

Long time viewer, first time registrant.

Looking forward to Civ V, provided it doesn't kill my computer. :lol:

I have been a Civ IV player for only a few months. Looking forward to Civ V even though I have yet to really learn IV. Never tried MP but would like to do so. Interested in a novice MP league. Come get your free kill.

The Civ 5 train is on the track,
And loaded with new features smack;
We're all counting down the days
Until we renew our Civing ways;
Welcome all to CFC,
I hope you win on Deity!
