Hello, I found this site as I was searching the internet for useful information concerning Civ IV Gold Warlords. I played Civ some years ago when it first came out and now my room mate has purchased this Civ IV and we are starting with a great interest in learning all we can about strategies and such. Hi all. Civ 2: young fan. Alpha Centauri: first game that made my parents concerned for my well-being. Civ 3: big fan. Civ 4: wrecked my grades in college. FFH2: almost didn't graduate. Civ 5: hopefully doesn't wreck whatever comes next. First impressions: seems good so far. Lots of issues with balance and whatnot... then again, had the same issues with civ4 before the expansions. I hope the DLC and expansions create some interesting new builds in this as well. Until then I'll probably just explore a bunch and tool around.

Another new person to this site. Hello all. Been playing since civ 1 in ? 1991 or so? Was selling software at the time and got to try it. Loved it. Bought it. Still miss random earthquakes.

I didn't play 1V as much because of life getting in the way and just got V a few weeks ago. So far just feeling my way through it. Annoyed by some of the new ai tricks.

I'll post my questions elsewhere.

my name is Ralph, I'm 32 years old and I live in a little town with the name "Kamenz" in Germany. Lessing was born here 282 years ago!

I play Civilization since it released first in 1991 (?). Other interests are FPS, real-time strategy (like C&C), roleplay and adventures (I found the gas for the chainsaw! ).

I registered me here because it's the most extensive collection of facts & stuff for Civilization in the net. And I hope to get answers for some of my questions about Civ 5. But I think I have to ask in the special forum for this. I hope I found the right one..

Im from sweden, 29 years old and hooked on civ.
I play vs the ai when i need a civ fix.
Mostly the reasons why i joined civfanatics is that this seems to be a good place for much everything there is about the game and a good discussion enviroment.

I know how to make the maps and place the city's but i don't know how to add a new civ and leader.
