Welcome New Members

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I have been visiting this site for probably close to 3-4 yrs. (Hopefully it has been up that long...) I just recently decided to sign up though, as I felt I could maybe help some civers out with some of the experience I have received playing this game. I started out on CIV I on super nintendo and have owned every civ since then. So once again thank you for the welcome, and I hope to talk to you all soon.

I dunno what to say,
civs not the only game i play, but its my favourite game though.
Maybe because every game is different from the previous and i hope theat therell be many further new civs!
 
hi i got civ 3 complete recently, i have call to power 2 somewhere but i never really got into it, i dont really play any other pc turn based strategies but i play a lot of rts like ground control, command and conquer, age of empires etc
 
I've played every civ there is from CTP to Alpha Centari, and I have to say a new civ IV mod that goes deeper into the future like CTP would the coolest.
But enough ranting about future tech lets talk about things that r bad about Civ IV the barbarians r nuts even with out the insane mode.The one city chalange(BF) should include all the Civs playing.and I really miss the military leaders. see you in the winners cicle

Right! I'm Lani, boyfriend has got me into playing Civ as it was the only way I could have a conversation with him when he was playing. We're playing 3, gold edition at the moment although he has 4 as well. Boyfriend is username Pickle on these forums. What else should I say? Animal lover, artist, slave tea and cookie maker for boyfriend.

I've been playing Civ III for a couple years now, but today is the first time I've been to this site. I dont know what other Civ players are like, but I bet I'm one of the younger ones on here. I'd like to introduce myself as Jeskaah, and I hope to be a very active member of the forum. =)
 
:nuke: Hello my name is Alex Nedved my fav civ game is C3C my favorite conquest are the napoleonic wars. My fav all over civ are the germans. My fav gov on the game is Facism (nothing personal just thespeed at which workers get things done. I hopeto give and get (mostly get) advice. :nuke:

Greetings to all the Gamers and civ fan's out there. My first post, I feel all tingly inside, no really.
Been a Civver for about 13 years now, Civ1 originally, up to Civ3 - Have bought Civ4 but it won't run on my computer - too slow - but will be upgrading soon. Really looking forward to playing!

Am more of a 1 and 2 fan at heart than 3, perhaps 3 just wasn't as pretty as 2 also the style of play and conventions not really my fave - settlers and workers, caravans and stockpiling for wonders/building same wonder in diff cities.

Anyways, awesome to be part of the community.

What's up everyone?

I have used this site to get info on Civ 3 and Civ 4 for years. I have played the Civ series since Civ 1. I am looking to play multiplayer soon but have lots of questions since I haven't played any games online.

Looking forward to be a part of the community.
