I'm definitely a band geek. But drumming band geeks are the best kind

We didn't have a marching band though, just a pseudo symphony type, I don't think marching bands are very common in Canadian schools.

I am definitely a band geek. I'd also like to say that my high school's marching band was undefeated this last year (05-06).

Hehe oh yea. Euphonium is my home instrument, but I play every single brass instument, oh and Music is my minor.

You bet your ass I was. 5 years in the high school marching, jazz, concert and steel drum bands, and now university jazz band. I made a ton of friends, learned some sweet intruments...and it was how I picked up my girlfriend (she thought I looked hot playing the quads...making her possibily the only girl ever in the history of the world to be attracted to a guy in a marching band uniform)

Loved every min of it. I wish AU has a marching band...

5 years in my primary school concert band and 2 years in my secondary school band playing percussion.

I've never played in a marching band.

Not too common with a school band around here, most schools have a quire though and they usually include some musical people as well. Me, I can neither play nor sing
