I was wondering: what difficulty do the majority of people on the forum play?

Personally I play on the middle difficulty monarch.

Voted DemiGod, but can beat Deity, but always get killed (or, rather, left to die) at Sid.

Demigod. For me, it's a challenge when the AI gets an extra settler and you can't just take 10 Swords and kill the AI. On DG, you need to plan accordingly - you get the upperhand with rails and Artillery.

I have dabbled a bit on Demigod with about a 50/50 success rate, but my true love is Emperor.

I'm usually more into Emperor difficulty. I rarely play Demigod on Tiny maps to assure I'm able to win the cheap way, like my recent Egypt game conquest victory for instance.

I normally do Emperor, about even success/failure rate on DG and Deity. I do Monarch to relax.
