I enjoy the part that every leader is speaking their language, although it's much less lively in Civ VI where the leader is standing in a black room and reacts with words only to the most important things, compared to Civ V, where you could discuss with Erik XIV Gustavus Adolphus about trade in front of fireplace in his palace, with Attile on his throne with his threasures or with Ramkhamhaeng in his garden.
However, there are still some I like. Catherine de' Medici is good for speaking both Italian and French with Italian accent. Cyrus the Great sounds imposing. Harald Hardrada too. Amanitore has good VA. I also like Gandhi and Frederick Barbarossa. And maybe some more.
About the one I like least, it's Jadwiga. I also don't like Montezuma I much, although I like how broken he sounds in his defeat line.
