Go over her head and talk to her boss. Tell the boss that you have reason to believe she is singling you out and this and that prove it in your mind.

Reasonable conversing between equals always smooths things out... for you, hahaha!

Then again, I look at everyone as an equal until they prove otherwise and I'm very good at talking... so that's just me

Telling the boss probably won't work, she cares more about her employee then she does about your petty whines. Just ask for the bosses permission to use the lab, and if she complains tell her to take it up with the boss.

Well this teacher seemed like one of those people who picks on people for no reason and who are untouchable (that is, they can have anything they want and no one would dare to/want to get in the way). Telling the boss probably won't work in this case, but try anyway. Talk to the teacher also - diplomacy should always be the first option. If that doesn't work, then it is time to strike back.
