Yes, yes....I am a newb, a novice and rather ignorant of the tools most of you folks take for granted.

But I beg your indulgence nonetheless.

I have seen reference to FireTuner in several posts but have not been able to piece together a good idea of its capabilities. Is this the Mod tool some people use?

Is WorldBuilder somehow tied to Firetuner, or is it completely separate?

I imagine some of my questions have already been answered in the hundreds of threads on Civfanatics, but my old head needs a simple, linear method of getting answers. The idea of data mining what I seek is daunting.

So whatever clues, directions or outright "diagrams with directions" anyone can offer is most appreciated.

on Steam, in your library, tools section

So I installed FireTuner, started it up, but discovered I have no "Debug" folder when I try to find my panels. Am I missing a step? Do I need to create my own folder and the various panels? I enabled the various options in AppOptions, but I see no WorldBuilder tab or anything else in FireTuner.
