What do you do for a living, Panthera?

BTW, it generally takes a full day to recover from a 24 hour shift (~12 hours/day efficiency), so why not do two 16-18 hour rounds in 2 days?

Oops, I voted wrongly on the poll. I chose 24-32 while I should have selected 20-24

I worked Sunday 9am - Monday 6am

I also once worked Sunday 9am - Monday 10pm but I had a 3 hours (unpaid) sleeping break on the company sofa, so I think that shift does not count for your poll.

I also was paid +50% more for overtime, but no Sunday premium or night differential.

8 am - 9 pm. On sunday. Didn't get extra pay for doing sunday job... Emergencybuilding 3 computers after fatal thunderstorm and getting all updates and accounting programs for them... And also testing every computer in the office so they work for the next work day :/

All went pretty much to plan. I haven't been this tired in quite some time (since I first got CivIII back in fall 2001, actually ). I have now cast my vote for 24 hours... since I will shortly have worked that (plus about 15 minutes). Time seems to be flying now... because my mind is just moving too slow to be impatient.

It's like autopilot... I'm awake, and asleep at the same time.

One thing's for sure - if this next guy calls in sick, heck - I'm just walkin' outta here. I am an operations duty officer, btw. At least, that's one name for it. Fortunately, I'm off now until Wednesday - so I'll have some time to rest, obviously.
