What is Your Favorite Event?

Mushrooms or Muris clan event on mountains are hilarious events.

My favourite event? That's hard... Flavourwise, it'd be the Killer Rabbit. Gamewise, the Patrian Orb will probably do it.

Any event wherein I am able to finagle a great prophet in the early game makes me very happy. Next to that, I like getting the hero promotion on a random unit.

I take the research since they tend to show up early and extra research in the first 100 turns on epic is a great help.

You realize that the +2 food is at least +3 research right? (most of the time)

My least favourtie event is goblin poisoning. It's permanent and happens so early you can't do anything about it. It needs to be pushed back until the Barbs develop Poisons or wear off after 20turns.

I don't think I've ever seen Gaelan and I don't even know if I've ever seen the start of the chain.

I've no idea what to do about witches. I normally save 'em, but I've yet to see this event chain any further.

I like the Mercenary events when you owned Go9 and Hunter sells an animal event. In dungeons, the teleport event is a cool one, as is Dwarves vs Lizardmen.

Hmm...the Goblin Poisoning event does strike too early, but I've never noticed the poisoned tile. Is that because my civ starts with Nature mana (which, iirc, a poster told me "cleans" the tile). Is that correct?

If you have Nature mana you get the choice to clean it yeah. But it's impossible to do so later.

For some reason I like the Gaelen event(s). Maybe the one where Esus gives all recon magic immunity.
