Fluent, no problem with: English.

I understand and can speak Italian (with extremely bad grammar, but still can make myself understood).

I understand some and can very basically speak German.

Understand perfectly but can't speak at all: Spanish

Understand most if spoken slow and can speak very basically: French.

And I somewhat understand Portugese, but only with my knowledge from Italian, Romanian and (extremely little knowledge of) Spanish.
