What mods are you running?

The title says it all. I'm interested in seeing what mods people are running and why, because there does seem to be a lot of dissatisfaction with different aspects of Civ4 (I'm not saying the game is flawed, just that it does meet everyone's expectations).

Personally, I'm running:

Tan interface mod - that blue interface is just nasty.
Balance mod - slows techs down nicely and makes the game more tactical.
Religion mod - removes Confu. and adds differences between religions.
UN mod - allows voting for any civic.

So what about you?

civ4 leaders mod, several different new civilizations mod, a custom religious victory mod, and a custom mod designed to cut down on barbarians on massive maps. nothing else of importance to gameplay.

how do you run more than one at a time?

Combining the non intersecting mods, and then manually installing the others. Except that was way too hard, so instead I went after overwriting my main files. Of course I copied all of my original files first into another folder in case of mishaps. Works well, actually.

Oh, and I'm also running lost wonders.

A combination of the Civ IV Realism with lost units and lost wonders mod. After that I will probably be adding the UN mod.

Also working on my own custom mod/scenerio.

Kushan

The UN mod does seem to be popular; I'm surprised it didn't make it into the game in the first place.
