What name do you choose in the game?

I was wondering what name you guys take when playing civ.

As far as I'm concerned I always take real historical names of my favourite historical figures.

Greeks: Eleutherios Venizelos, King Constantine II, Alexander, Pericles, King George I.
French: Charles de Gaulle, Napoleon I, Napoleon III, Vercingetorix, Charles Martel, Henry IV.
Russians: Nicolas II (opposition to lenin which is there by default

)
Spanish: Ferdinant, Juan Carlos I (

),

I rarely choose other civs...

I occasionally select a 'different' famous person to lead my tribe. For the Russians, I've used Nicolas, Stalin, and Trotsky, for the Romans I've used...well, a lot of them! Same with the Egyptian Pharohs. When I customize the Sioux as a different North American tribe, I've used figures such as Crowfoot, Poundmaker, and Big Bear.

The Hippoan Celts are often lead by the Prophet Kiboto

I usually make my own civ called The Empire and the leader is Gestial UNTILL I get Automobille then I change my Rulers name to Kefka.

How do you change your name midway through?? The only way I could do that is by cheating.

Yeah...sometimes I do that kind of cheating in mid-game...

I rename myself Hannibol instead of hannibal because i don't want people to confuse my likng of the name to say I worship Baal. Anyway I usually change all the names to more accurate (in my opionion) names for great leaders of those civilizations.

I prefer Scipio to Caesar
Nafatari to Cloepatra
Suntzu to Mao Tse Tung
etc.
