Ok i would like to begin a Nes. Grandmaster was doing something for me (looked quite intresting). What i wanted was everyone else's opinion of what i should do. (seeing as the options are limitless i will not post a poll.

On the other hand Fresh start is good for you modding as well as Alt History.....

Alt history, but not hellenic. I like more modern times, between 16th and 21st century (19th is my personal favourite).

Btw, Hellenic is probably that idea GM mentioned long ago, about Seleucids. I'm just curious what he's got.

Personally I'd like to see a good random map fresh start sometime. If you do that, though, I'd suggest leaving only one continent visible and reveal the other ones in time... Oh, and I have a few maps lying around which might prove useful.

If you leave the whole world open at once, then you run the risk of no one meeting anyone else...

personally, i REALLY liked the Gelion style of Middle aged NES he came up with (more realistic to the times, and more fun IMO)

1919! 1919! either that or WWII or Modern. GoobsNES is the only modern NES we have left. And the last WWII NES we had was communistos before that shut down and I've just watched Downfall, so I'm in a WWII mood. 1919 would be my preference though. Roaring 20's here we go!!
