Look at my sig. It's supposed to be a short Korean sentence.
 
That's what I noticed in my signature. Though I dropped it because it stretches my post with a string of smilies. It's not just that, but I saw three dots at an end of someone's sentance being autocensored!

Somehow False Positives are running amok with the autocensor

PS: My signature had Japanese characters in it that are in no way offensive :(.
 
I'm keeping mine until it's fixed :)
 
I'm guessing it's a side effect of a fix I just put in place for an issue that allowed exploitation of the registration system - a way to bypass the "Identical Name" check, which meant we had 3 Thunderfall's, and two The_J's. The duplicate names also screwed up things like PMs.

I don't expect to "fix" it until the bug in VB has been corrected.
 
So in a sense, whoever issued the fix broke it for us legitimate users? ;)

The auto-sensor is really screwing itself up. It thought that that’s was a swear word when I tried to edit something. It’s fixed itself now
 
This proves (again) that the admins are rasist toward people who speak other languages.

Looks like there is a problem with one of the forms of the apostrophe '. (Probably the Unicode one not the ASCII one).

"Going advanced" allowed me to post anyway - so that looks like another loophole...

Yup, I can only post that form of the apostrophe by going advanced :lol:

I generally use the three dots character (Alt+0133=…)… does the autocensor work backwards I mean, does it check posts already made and fix (i.e. FUBAR) them too?

I think that the auto sensor has just messed up.
