What is your field of expertise?

While discussing with Perfection in the chat, about debating in forums threads, I told him that I don't debate when I'm not in my field of expertise.
I was asked what was my field of expertise and It made me think.

I found out that Im more a manual guy than a Intellectual guy and my Fields of expertise are not often covered on CFC.

My Fields are :

Public relations
Sales techniques and sales in general
Home appliances
Structural steel
Cooking
Fixing and repairing things

These fields are really where I feel confortable.

What are your real fields of expertise?

The areas which I've either studied or had experience of are:
  • Law of England & Wales (more specifically Tort Law relating to Road Traffic Accidents)
  • Criminology
  • Rugby League
  • Wigan. (The Divinity of Wigan and it's sorrounding areas)
  • Wisecracks and Spam ;)
That's not to say I know any more about those subjects than anyone else, but they are the subjects I've studied most.

Professional:
- Programming (C++/ C#), Aeronautics (especially Aeronautical Information and Air Traffic, and even more specifically aeronautical procedure design)
Personnal
- France
- History
- Figurine painting

Add wargaming and roleplaying

Pretty much anything that I enjoy and am willing to learn. I'm an excellent learning, but being enthusiastic (read: obsessed) over a subject is quite rare for me. It changes over time, though for the past couple of years in my life it's been Physics.

Construction,automtive

But there are many things I have a higher then remedial understanding of and I always have an oppinion.

Naval history/strategy/tactics

Firearm ownership

US politics

Information technology

Videoconferencing (doesn't come up around here much, though)

Arguing for the sake of arguing.

I have no expertise, more of a Jack of all trades, master of none. I expect to start specializing in a few years though.

Well, I suppose if Sim City 2000 counts as a feild of expertise then I'm an expert at that.

That's how I feel pretty much.

But don't come and tell me you don't have a field! Your math skills are quite good from what I read here!

They're good enough to allow me to do well in technical fields but are not particularly impressive.

Sadly enough, I think my main area of professional expertise is Oracle Financials. that's changing fast, though, 'cos I'm not working in that field anymore.
My other associated professional expertise is project management.

Other than that I know a lot of useless stuff about pretty much everything. Graphic novels (that is, mostly non-US comic books :) ), boardgames, video games...

Emergency Medical Care
Long-term Medical Care (not so much; working on it)
Diplomacy & Psychology
Texas Hold'em (Poker)
Swordsmanship (Again, working on it)
Marksmanship (Firearms)

Small arms of WWII
Nazi Germany
Broadly WWII
The Pogues
Random Trivia
Chemsitry/Physics I knbow more than the average guy, and to a certain extent, mathematics as well.
