Where do I find the python code for hover info and world map city bars?

I've attached a screenshot of the portions of the UI I'm trying to access. I've poked around in CyMainInterface and haven't found them. I'm new to Python so my discovery method is pretty much plug and pray. I want to add some extra info to these two areas as I don't like having to dig into the city screen just to see net health, net happiness, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
