Where is the patch!!

I keep hearing about this patch that was suppose to come out with all its fixes and how many stages it have gone through but where is it, what is the target date, what is the hold up. If you got more to fix, fix it later and get the first patch out.

Hopefully the Version 1.16f will come on Saturday.

this patch supposedly due out on saturday wouldn't happen to provide the game editor, would it? I cannot for the life of me figure out where this much vaunted editor is and how to access it.

search for civ3edit.exe. The editor comes with the game and is installed by default.
