Where would you put the FP in my case?

A few notes: Stadiums = Colloseums. I renamed them. This game started in 3500 BC, not 4000 BC. The English, Arabian, and Bablyonian empires have been taken in the past 40 turns, retain culture upon capture is on, and Mecca had the temple of Artemis so I have nice borders.

I'm thinking of putting the FP in either London or Mecca. What do you think? (Note that I'm moving the palace from Zimbabwe to Babylon.)

York or Anjar, though I'd be strongly considering a re-positioning of capital as well and I might take that into consideration (Ulundi?) EDIT: read that you plan a move of capital too...Babylon is a good choice, though Ulundi...hehe.

When I consider the future strength of my empire (on which corruption crushing decisions should be based) I look to areas where I have cities that have access to hills and enough food to support a large enough population so those hills once mines can be fully utilised.

On this basis I'd go looking north of London to York or Anjar for my FB, though London is very likely to be able to complete it sooner as it is a larger and presumably more developed city.

EDIT:IF Babylon is the new capital, then make London your FB city, gosh how the centre of your empire has moved away from cities of the Zulus to your subjugated peoples!!!

I'd move the capitol to Babylon & put the FP in London.
