The chicked hatched a few days later, but that's another story.

It's genotype, specifically if it has all the same chromosomes and genetic markers of a chicken, it's a chicken, which means the first chicken was created in a virtual chickens womb and fertilised by a virtual chicken that lead to mutations that made it a true chicken, or master chicken, before it became an egg, or the final calcium and protein covering was laid around it's perfect little exact chicken genotype. I'm sure the biologists on the forum could destroy my notion or at least explain it better.
