I usually go for early land grab, and then either early war with my neighbours to expand further, or late game domination victory by just killing everyone!

Panzers definitely help with that! As do increased wonder productions, extra health for cities etc.

Have I mentioned how great Panzers are already?

Mansa Musa by far, financial and spiritual are awesome traits. And, the UU is nice to keep early attackers away

I voted for Rome, mostly because I play the Earth map most often and I love their starting place.

Aztec all the way!!

I usually get rid of at least two opponents using jaguars. With a barracks in every town they have two upgrades already and just one point from a third. This is all on marathon of course!
