Which movie do you look most forward to see?

I'm suprised no one is looking forward to Terminator 3? I am also slightly interested in seeing the new Matrix (Matrixes? ). Other than that everything in the theaters seems like utter litter-box waste ("Agent Cody Banks" ).

Don't think it'll be that good, though. As they stopped TT already at Helm's Deep, they have a whole lot to cover in RotK: Isengard, Palantír, Erech, Rohirrim, Ghân, Shelob, Cormallen, Scouring, Grey Havens, etc.

FotR sort of lefted out how Frodo is actually a lot older, how Frodo kept for the ring for many years, how Frodo is actually the one who had been caught stealing stuff, the Elfs Frodo and company met, and a lot of other things that I don't remember anymore. It seems better because the things it left out are in the beginning, and it flows into the other books from the end.

The first half of the Fellowship of the Rings book bored me. I don't care what they ate for dinner. Thank God they left that stuff out. Same with Tom Bambadil or whatever his name is.

I agree that that part is a bit slow, especially for people who seen the movie before reading the book. It was, well, probably the right decision to leave those details out.

I read the book a good 10 years before the movie came out. I didn't understand the hype until I started reading The Two Towers. Damn, that book was good. Then Return of the King ruined the books for me AGAIN because it started to speak like the Bible. Words like "LO!" and "HARK!" just don't work. I love the overall story, but the way it was written and the story was told just didn't click with me.

I've been reading the books again, and it's taken me forever. Took me almost a year to finish Fellowship, about a week to finish Two Tower ( ) and i read some of Return but I haven't picked it up in months.

I don't care much for these LOTR movies. Aside from the Matrix movies I would like to knwo what is happening with the Red Dwarf movie. I am sure that that would be great, thats if it is actually being worked on!

I hope I go blind before I see Terminator 3. God help us all. I absolutely loved the first film, but the second one was just horrid. The third one will probably be even more of a sellout.
