Which narrator would you like in Civ 7? Place your bets!

Multiple person cast, a little like the quotes in SMAC. Bring back the advisors concept from Civ2, make them relevant, have the different advisors read the quotes that correspond to their portfolio (military, trade, etc.).

I also don’t see anything wrong with reusing existing quotes from Nimoy, Sheppard, and Bean along with new voices for a multi-faceted cast.

Get one or two big names to lead out, then the rest can be prominent voice actors.

Whatever they do, they need to vary it up.

Of course the lead/narrator doesn’t have to be Blanchett. She could be exchanged for a different classy female voice of equal standing. We’ve had three older men, it’s probably time for a lady.

The others are the advisors/demi-narrators mentioned above.

Alix Wilton Regan is easily my favorite VA so that's an easy yes from me. I've also seen Laura Bailey take a perfectly awful role (Serana from Dawnguard) and make it palatable so if anyone could take Civ6 level quotes and make them good...enough, my money's on her.

Another thought: Ellen McLain. As GLaDOS. Just let her full-on troll you the whole game. "You're doing well...enough." "Your test results are back, and they say you're a horrible person. It says that right here. And we weren't even testing for that. Amazing." "Despite your violent behavior, the only thing you've managed to break is my heart."

You know, ever since the Civ5 trailer, I’ve always thought Keith David would be the perfect narrator.

He’s the one reading the “soul of a nation” bit at the beginning.
