It can't be Pee-Wee's Playhouse. It's an animated children's show from the 1970s, which gained cult status and has since been become largely forgotten. The letter "W" on the door is a big clue.

It's currently being run on Nick Junior, sometime around 8 pm. Along with Rainbow, Paddington Bear, Bagpuss and Bod. And vaious other similar-era programmes.
