Le Pétit Prince
It's probably bad the first thing that came to mind when I saw this was: In the middle of the night! I go modding in my sleep! From the wars over faith, to the orders too deep!"
Hehe. I'm on the bongos for that one.

Meh, its only my name, has been in my sig for 6months or so![]()
I think we could use some sort of catchphrase that could be deployed when people are arguing a point and it's clear they either don't know what they're talking about or are totally ignoring the opposition's points. Something similar in concept to "Woolgathering" or "Bunburying." I'd suggest "Huckabeeing" but that could be too topical.
I don't see what Bunburying has to do with what you are calling 'Huckabeeing', but i'm guessing you are simply using it as an example. i hope i dont huckabee, though i am sure at some point or another i have.
I HAVE banburyed before. before i knew what it was. speaking of which, I just saw a version of the Importance of Being E(a)rnest two weeks ago or so.
would an example of huckabeeing be a debate i got into about american politics, some person saying that they could never support Hillary Clinton because she has not said she would freeze Israel's assets, and then proceeded to claim that israel could support themselves, and that they should completely disband their army so they could pay back the americans? (since this person cared neither that most presidential candidates support israel, and WOULDNT freeze their assets, unless they specifically say so; nor that israel kind of really NEEDS an army, especially since at the moment they are in a state of war with 5 or so nations just not fighting for now)

Yes, because Chirico is badass, and the original series looks a bit dated.
"A complex action summed up in a single word" was my intention.I don't see what Bunburying has to do with what you are calling 'Huckabeeing', but i'm guessing you are simply using it as an example.

No, no, that'd be a Presidential Debate. And it's precisely because it's so common that a word should be invented for it. Imagine how much time would be saved.I thought Huckabeeing needed both people to not understand what they were debating. Its quite normal for one uniformed person to debate an informed person.
VOTOMS is extremely low tech despite having mechs (like Heavy Gear), and nobody in the Astragius Galaxy is known for using their forces in economical or efficient fashions. The only thing they're really proofed against is infantry small-arms fire anyway; a guy with a bazooka can take one out. Or an AT Rifle, as demonstrated by Armor Hunter Mellowlink. In the main show they do use something like repulsor lifts to drop units, and later in Pailsen Files itself they parachute in, but I've never seen them do things like use artillery support, and tactical airstrikes only a few times.Though I would say that based on the opening sequence of episode 1 that the whole series needs to be updated in the way the troops fight. It looked just like a D-Day invasion reel but the grunts were Mechs instead of regular infantry men. No army in the future should use their forces like that. It would have been better to use the Zepplin like things as drop ships instead of just having them drop pillars into the water.
#1, I officially wish to change my NESer theme music to the intro for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (series one)
Large parts. It's better than either the movie. And yes, the first season's intro theme is pretty nice. Ah, the Major and her strange dislike for pants.has anyone seen either of the Stand Alone Complex series?
