If you like action movies, and haven't seen Wanted, you owe it to yourself to go do so. It's the best action movie since The Matrix, and in some ways is better.

also, seriously seconds this. Numbers don't describe how much better this was than Love Guru. (thats because on a scale from 1-100 i gave love guru a 0 but nevermind that now).

I did. It was essentially a more violent and comedic Ruthless People, and that's really all I needed to have a good laugh. "HEIL SMOOCHY!"

If "aliens wiping out the Soviets while the good guys escape" is what American audiences consider a 'bad' ending, then what will they think of "the bad guy wins and lots of people die for a weird philosophical ideal that sort of gets us back to our original timeline ish"? I have a nagging feeling in the back of my head that the movie's going to take. I don't want it to happen, and I'm sure as hell going to go watch it, but I wouldn't bet on its chances.

I've seen parts of it and it seemed okay. However, Death Note is awesome. Death note combined with children's television sounds rather interesting to watch.

Which is precisely why it's a better movie than The Matrix. It didn't take itself seriously when it handed you a plot that was, essentially, ridiculous. It said "Look, here's an excuse for doing some badass shooting: you want in, or not?" and made no excuses.

If you walked into the movie expected some plot masterpiece, I can honestly say the only ******** thing in the theater was not the movie.

Was that Transformers? Ah, I see you added the qualifier "if you like action movies", so the genre of ******** physics is assumed. In that case, I suppose you are right, it may well be an excellent movie.

I was expecting something similar to the comics, but that turned out to be a lost hope. Action wise it was great, but after all the hype I was given by my friends, the movie just didn't live up to it.

Dark Knight on the otherhand....

wow i'm amazed that people liked it. it had the best cast ever....Danny DeVito, Robin William, Ed Norton, Jon Stewart, and Catherine Keener. It had funny moments, but on the whole it sucked.

and one thing i forgot to mention about wanted: leave right as the train scene is happening, and you'll be slightly happier. Luke I mean Wesley...

I have noticed it. It'd be perfect for implementing something that somebody (you know who you are) doesn't believe is a good idea. Historically I have been very leery of using maps in orders, but this has gotten me to start to reconsider that.

Large scale terrain was already known anyway. That sort of thing is all that's important, because the combatants can't know the site of battle in most cases.
