While We Wait: Part 6

Maybe Fuschia would give you permission to revive his old GodNES? I'd join it.

EDIT: Or that earlier one that excited all of us before it died.

I don't want to really mod it. I want to play it. Yeah, the first one would have been really awesome. It's a shame the mod dissapeared before it could get started.

I can do a God nes. I have the time. I already have a project up in my sig. However, I might not handle the strain.

I agree with Azale and Supermath. I also comment that Azale's Hawthornesque nickname for our flying Filipino friend induces bad memories.

I did not see that the first time I read that post. Did you really have to, Azale?

If you like, I can volenteer as co or backup mod.

I'd join a GodNES if the NES is pulled off well. Charles, your current lazyNES is not really too serious enough to qualify as a GodNES. And you don't really have the power of a god. just a mind controling being.

I've been fiddling around with PAINT.NET and I might set up another NES soon if I can perfect this new style of map I've been working on.

I don't mean that was a god nes. I just said I can and was managing a Lazy NES at the same time. Thanks for joining!

I notice mostly people that came after me join my NESes and Lazy NESes, along with some other people but mostly Those that joined after me. Now why is that?

Reputation. The usual progression of time eliminating NESers who have been around longer. Fatalism. You know, the obvious stuff.

Why am I still considered inexperienced in terms of NESing/ “a noob”?
My grammar is correct, and yet my NESes have very few people.

Grammar ain't everything. The recent experience of DipNES06, in which a relatively simple game, compared to NESing, was kinda fouled up on your part, hasn't improved your image.

I know, but I've never even heard of this kind of game. Now, I hear that my school even has a club! Time to get some practice!

Except that doesn't prevent you from looking up the rules, which are linked to from the first post.

True, but I think you can imagine that an adolescent doesn’t have as much patience as an adult. Especially brown, psychotic, hyper people that have been driven mad with school stress.
Anyway, would anyone be interested in participating in a 1840/50s NES, where the Ottomans are still going really strong?

I'd join it.

Hey kids, it's Three Dog, owwWWW!!! News time, kiddies! It turns out that the majority of the NES forum is teenagers and there are exceedingly few "adults" (most in their 20s and rapidly fading away to college)! Time for a public service announcement! This stuff's important. Read the fine print. That is all.

What’s wrong with an NES like that, Dachs?

And I don’t get your point, Supermath.

It is based on the false premise that the Ottoman Empire did anything but suck in the 1840s and 1850s.
