kinda like the season premier of Enterprise season 3... In the episode, the Xindi believe their worlds will be destroyed by the humans in 300 years, and they are building a WMD so they can destroy the humans first.

I don't believe in time travel btw even though I watch lots of Star Trek. I'm a Vulcan when it comes to time travel...
