The question of whether ninjas or pirates are more awesome, for whatever reason, is hotly debated among many. Strangely, there isn't a thread here asking anybody's opinion on the matter, whereas there's usually a thread here talking about everything not relating to Civilization. 
So, here is that thread, everybody can now argue about which is more awesome, but don't spam/flame/troll/etc.
