Why do we need vB3?

They're subroutines specially written by users to execute certain commands, for particular programs.
E.g. you have Excel macros. You can write them to import a txt file into Excel, and set it up in a certain formatting.

VB is excellent. I work with the latest VB version on the forum that I mod, and it's pretty useful, I can tell you.
