Does anyone eat that stuff and not come away with terrible headaches and violent diarrhea? I've talked to a lot of people about this and they all have the same problem with the joint, and even if you got a stomach of steel, why would you spend your money there? Yuck.

I don't think I've ever had that unless it was something lactose related with the cheese.

But apparently a lot of people either don't have the problem or find that it's worth the risk if they do get them.

well most people only have a 20-30 min lunch break so they go to McDonalds

and really McDonalds ain't all that bad its never made me sick

I've never gotten sick from McDonalds.

I still avoid it like the plague, but when I've been forced to eat there, it's not a problem. I don't actually know what you're talking about.

Is it something actually in the food or is it psychosomatic?

I don't know what psychosomomatic means but it's not just in my mind. I used to eat mcdonalds when I was little but I stopped for a while and now it makes me sick

McDonalds never made me sick.

Dodgy Shawarma stands on the other hand. :vomit:

I feel like crap after eating their burgers.

I only eat the fish.

If it is really fish.

Never had any symptom for eating at Mac's (only if I'm traveling, and starving).

That said, I agree with the OP: it's really the last resource to eat in.

Hey, I like McD's. I usually eat there once or twice a week and don't get sick.

Definitely psychosomatic. Don't get me wrong I find McD's to salty and greasy but that doesn't mean the food is tainted.

I don't know if it is definitely psychosomatic (just looked up the word  ).

I mean, I didn't decide one day that I want to have diarrhea, bad headache, and loss of appetite from eating mcdonalds. I probably got sick a dozen times from several different mcdonalds before I started suspecting the place. When I told my friends about it, they have similar experiences.

umm, the only time I got sick or felt discomfort from eating Mcdonalds was when I was on a large diet. Their cheeseburgers don't go down easily if all you're used to eating for quite some time is bagels and rice cakes. Otherwise, I've never felt terrible headaches, violent diarrhea, or similiar discomfort.
