Why is there no cornbread in supermarkets?

The bread selection @ north american supermarkets sucks butt.

First of all 90% of all breads are toast-like - if you can easily squeeze a loaf into something the size of your first, it's not real bread.

Second of all, there is no second point.

Corn bread can be frozen to keep its moisture, but then it's a pain to thaw it out. It's better to just use the mix. Doesn't take long to bake it.

My local grocery has a grocery, so I can get cornbread if I want it. Aww yeeaah.

Better to just use the mix. I don't think I've ever seen pre-made cornbread around here, even at Wal-Mart.

I have seen a lot of other Southern foods outside the South (grits, Louisiana hot sauce, greens, etc.).
