@Afghanistan's 2nd UU: I didn't quite get it: its a mounted unit, that has a bonus against cities instead of a penalty? Does it have 3 moves or 4? And shouldn't it simply replace lancer? How much strength does it have, and when its unlocked?

Honestly I can't really answer those questions. It was just some draft I made up of the top of my head and I forgot about it. I only found ir searching through my notepad.

@Weimar's UU: Does it have a bonus against cities? And how significant is the penalty vs. Infantry? And... It seems like an earlier AT gun.

Yeah can't answer that either since this thread is my personal notebook and if I haven't updated that said civ as a part of the thread I'm not willing to speak about any of the specifics just yet.
