And when trying again tonight, the GWArchitecture hasn't worked again. I spammed out a GScientist, a GEngineer, and a GGeneral and got no dice. It just sometimes works and sometimes then doesn't. It's stupid.

Something curious from your database.log appears.
The mods are loaded and verified twice, while in my games only once (I have no idea why). Edit: in your previous log mods were loaded only once.
Because of the second mod data processing it appears this error:
Code:
[399890.187] table Jar_Helper already exists
that invalidates the rest of the file, causing other errors:
Code:
[399949.250] no such table: Jar_GWArchitecture
[399949.250] In Query - select a.ID BuildingID, b.ID EraID from Buildings a, Eras b, Jar_GWArchitecture c WHERE c.BuildingType=a.Type AND c.EraType=b.Type
Go to the mod files, in the Core folder replace the attached file.
Let me know if problem is solved.
Really enjoyed playing this civ and indeed the splashes worked for me too now, thanks a lot! I'd say it's currently too strong however and could probably be nerfed in the +50% GP rate in the UA without taking away too much of how the civ would play. Additionally, the Pastificio didn't really excite me or made me play differently. All other elements were really cool however and I really enjoyed the music too! Any sound effect might add some more oomph to the already very oomphy great works of architecture. Really enjoyed seeing some places I have even been to personally.
Trying Italy right now, GW of Architecture works, as splash images. Beatiful and interesting civilization. Seems as Viva V.E.R.D.I. doesn't work if you attack from cities, forts or citadels - at least I don't see notifications. +50% GP rate interesting and nice for starting, later I have +150% from other sources, and this is small bonus if you look at Arabia, China or Japan.
I seem to know why, it depends on the lua function I used to catch attacking and defending unit that apparently is not compatible with the 'NoFollowUp' characteristic of cities, forts and citadels. I will have to change it.
