President Jason Williams stepped up to the podium in the newly remodeled San Francisco Capital, now to be the Capital of the Bay Area Protecterate.
"My fellow citiezens, the Bay Area Protecterate is the strongest, most lucrative organization in California and the West. We now cover the from San Jose to Monterrey, from San Francsico to Sacramento. To strengthen our economy, we need the Central Valley of California, and the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Our military are already siezing populated lands, but what we need is for our citizens to go forth and settle the unpopulated lands. I call now, for the Bay Area, to set forth and you may claim up to 5 acres for free, of any land!

President Williams withdrew from the podium, and the crowd went wild. Down Main Street, the Protectorate's army marched in rows, perfectly synchornized to eachother, with tanks following and jetsstreaking the skies.
William's knew California was great, but what he needed was more land, to the north and east to the Rockie Mountains. First he would have to strengthen his army for the destruction of the Central American Organization.

General Wilhelm Bismark III stood before the ragtag tankers and gunners, there wasn't a clean face among them, god help us he said under his breath, remembering the great days of the Reich's. This would not be counted among them, the Polish Warlord to the East was demanding tribute, he fantisised crushing the Poles as Hitler did, the Austrians were pushing to the south, if only he couldhumiliate their armies as the first Bismark had.

General Bishop listned to Williams words. He was outraged. Another nation had formed. He had plans of californian conquest but now that a nation had formed there he felt discouraged. His nation was weak. Reports were that most of the former western fleet was in bay hands. But this did not bother him. If the CSA used their economic power they could overrun the Protectarate. But Bishop decided not to. It would be best to make friends at this moment not enemies.
