Won my second Deity game, here's tips.

I tried stonehenge with mixed results. Sometimes I would be late and get it surprisingly, other times I'd get an amazing start, +pop pottery at ruins and get beaten by 4 turns. It just depends on what the AI decides to make, making SH a very risky strat.

Played about ten+ games testing this and started recording my result for the last seven. I found with some extra hammers somewhere you could get it by turn 35/2600BC, before that required something like double wheat and a chop and two hills, with the cash to buy tiles to do that. Problem is the AI was building around the same turn making it really risky. Numbers I found after I started recording,

You can use roughly the same timings for great library as it takes slightly longer to build but you can start faster, I felt like the AI built it sooner as well.

So you certainly can get it but it depends what you want, this kind of play favour hall of fame high score play over consistant wins.

After all that work I am now playing a deity game with stonehenge build of course but I'm not sure it even helped that much all I've really used were three honour civics which I could have got for 500-1000 from a CS.
