Cristo's 10% discount comes with the tech that gives you research labs. 8 turns after you get those up it's time for the bulb fiesta and victory soon to follow. So you are basically going to get an extra 1-3 turns of culture spread out over the final turns of the game.

I find myself very tempted to open Patronage even if I don't plan on taking any further policies just to be able to build the Forbidden Palace. The unhappiness reduction is great for domination.

Parthenon gone so early... I can only imagine that it is because of high competition? 6 culture that early in the game is actually quite significant, although I can agree that it may be too difficult to rush it when there are better options available.

Sistine because it has always been great for culture in any version of Civ 5.

Notre Dame because while it is a great wonder, the only way to realistically get it on higher difficulties is through conquering the city that built it. I've seen this go as early as turn 90-ish.

Upvote to Sistine Chapel because it makes a huge impact when going for culture. +25% in all cities, and slots for two pieces of great art available before museums. Outclasses Christo Redentor in every way (although I often do build giant marble Jesus just for that extra edge). It's also available early enough to make a difference.

Downvote to Red Fort. I never want to be using its bonus, I almost never build defensive buildings unless I get Neuschwanstein, and it just makes the AI who built it more obnoxious to kill off if they're being a pain.

I don't think so. It's useless for CV (you should have built Broadcast Towers a long time ago), SV (you're better off constructing SS parts/ISS/turing hammers into beakers), diplo (turn hammers into beakers) or domination (the game should have been officially won before getting Telecommunications, which is in the "peaceful" tech branch, and if not you'd better build more units). Something that doesn't bring you closer to victory in any way is just bad.
I don't see why I should downvote something that might actually come in handy just because it's not as easy to construct as some junk "wonder" (that's what it feels like) that won't ever help me.

Post-mortem rebuttal on behalf of the CN tower: it's actually handy for wide civs as it makes all existing towers free as well. It also drops free buildings with a high hammer cost into your newer cities, and the extra population in every city isn't to be sniffed at: they generate science, plus some gold, etc. at no happiness cost. In fact, with the corresponding +1 happiness per city, and any previous unhappiness reducers like the forbidden palace or Liberty policies, it can be net happiness.

So yeah, some combination of gold and culture boosts, plus population and quite probably a bit of happiness thrown in.

Red fort: Useless wonder, i don't build defensive building and as someone said before, it's only annoying because the IA has just built it and it's more difficult to take their cities.

Forbidden palace: I love playing wide and I open Patronage only for the wonder. -10% happiness is a great boost of happiness and the 2 delegates are really useful when early congress.

Great Wall- 14 - I never really build this wonder. Yea it slows enemies down, and therefore enemy has to spent more time setting up siege. But i don't like the fact that it goes obsolete at some point. It's also ancient wonder, and since early on there are so many things you have to do (found cities, get trade routes etc.) early wonders must have some really cool effects to be worthwhile, and this is not.Only reason why i would build this wonder is to prevent AI getting that.
Hagia Sophia- 20

Hubble Space Telescope- 23 - This is the reason why beelining to satellites is good idea (unless you go for cultural/diplomatic you obviously beeline for telecommunications).
