Kyriakos, can you post a smaller pic.
I may make Kyriakos Venizelos for a WWI set. But he is too late for this one which is the World of the mid 19th century. Actually I am going to replace Roosevelt too since he is a little late (but I'll release him) probably with Grant.
I have an idea for who I want for Greece for this set. But I don't know how popular he is among Greek people. A hint is all but some of the North and South American leaders are monarchs in this pack.

Okay. We have new addition Sultan Abdülmecid I of the Ottoman Empire. I've no idea who the newest woman is. If the picture on the mantle is Bolivar, it might be Manuela Sáenz. But then again, she wasn't a leader. Hint please. Where do you get those backgrounds?

Because I couldn't find a good background for her, I just searched something like "victorian office" and then photoshoped the portraits to match her civilization. Your on the wrong continent and hemisphere.

Well, Antonio López de Santa Anna was born in Mexico and was President for a total of around 25 years or so. If he's not satisfactory for a Mexican leader there are Benito Juarez and Emperor Maximilian (an Austrian!!) for consideration. Then there are Victor Emanuel II (Italy), Empress Dowager Cixi (China), and King Mongkut (Siam)(of King and I fame).

During her reign a large percentage of the Malagasy population died because of her forced labor and conscription policies. Add extra judicial execution and religious minority persecution. On reflection, she's probably not as bad as some of the other people you've done. To her credit she did a very fine balancing act to keep the country out of the hands of the French and the British. The French finally got their hands on it in 1896.
A thoroughly evil person from your area of interest is King Leopold II of Belgium. He stole the Congo and ran it as his personal fief extracting its riches and killing. maiming, and enslaving millions. I'm not sure his policies can be considered genocide, but they come close.
