I am really really impressed. Grant looks great, as do the others. I'm guessing the greying of Grant's beard was one of the final steps in the creation of that leaderhead.

I'm still working on it, the problem is its going to be a little hard getting the texture on his hair right, so darker is always easiest, it hides the flaws.

Looking at the reference picture I'd say keep the hair dark & only "salt & pepper" the beard.

But instead of this version a more younger idealized version, one that could also be used for Infanta Isabella
